  ’88올림픽 개최로 호황을 맞이하여, 엄청난 주문량을 소화하고 능동적인 업무수행을 위해 업무
  전산화 시스템을 구축하다. 전문기관에 사원들의 전산교육을 위탁하는 등 새로운 첨단시설과
  제도를 갖추어 획기적인 발전의 계기를 삼다.
  The 1988 Seoul Olympic Games served as a critical opportunity for Jinheung's another
  take-off. In order to accommodate a whopping number of orders, Jinheung came up with
  computerizing system that streamlined its business process.
  For computerization, employees entrusted to professional computer learning institutes.  
  High-tech facilities and systems set up.

  The binding factory moved into two places; 2490 square feet-large space at 3,
  Dongsomum-dong, Seongbuk-gu; and nearby 2846 square feet-large space.
  Automatic cutters introduced. The number of calendars manufactured in 1986 reached  
  almost 1.3 million, with orders from six thousand churches nationwide.

  개설하고, 장안동 120평의 장소에 제본시설을 구비하여 제본소를 신설하다.

   A binding factory established at 4270 square feet-large space in Jang-an-dong.

  동대문구 용두동에 70평의 지하실을 얻어 상호인쇄사업부와 물류창고를 확장하다.
  Extended the Label Printing department and Enlarged its warehouse into a 2491 square
  feet-large space(in Yongdu-dong, Dongdaemun-gu).

  박경진 사장이 3주간에 걸쳐 서유럽 11개국을 견학, 찬란한 서구 기독교 문화의 면면을 실감하다
  그 해 한 종목의 캘린더를 53만 부까지 생산하는 등 신기록을 세움으로써 캘린더 업계에 돌풍을
  일으키며 급성장하다.
  President Park traveled eleven European countries for three weeks and witnessed
  wonderful heritage of the Western Christian culture.
  In 1983 alone, Jinheung produced 530,000 copies of its most popular calendar item,
  breaking a new record in Korea's calendar business.
  It added momentum of phenomenal growth to Jinheung.

  President Park traveled Japan and witnessed advanced printing facilities and
  business in the Japanese calendar industry.

  조흥은행 종로지점에 당좌거래를 시작하고 (주)한국제지와 거래, 원자제인 용지공급이 더욱
  활발해지면서 직원이 13명으로 늘어나다.
  Started current deposit transactions with ChoHung Banks Jongro branch. Hankuk Paper
  Co., Ltd. started supplying papers to Jinheung. With more efficient supply chains,
  the number of employees increased to thirteen.

  여름철 사업으로 문구용품과 전도지 등 판촉물 제작과 여름성경학교용 어린이 가방 23만 개를
  수주 납품하는 등 기독교용품 제작사업이 활발히 추진되다.
  Embarked on manufacturing Christian stationery products and leaflets to preach the gospel,
  targeting children's summer Bible camps in churches. Huge success recorded by
  winning and supplying orders of 230,000 bags for Sunday schools.

  종로구 종로3가 148번지 3층 23평의 사무실로 확장 이전하고 직원이 8명으로 늘어났으며,
  가을에 제작한 자수성화작품 캘린더가 대호평을 받음으로써 많은 수주와 함께 급성장의
  계기가 되다.
  Office moved to a further enlarged room(818 square feet). The number of employees
  increased to eight. Calendars with embroidered Biblical pictures drew great responses,
  serving a momentum for Jinheung's take-off.

  돌연한 세무조사에서 장부기장미비로 700여 만 원의 세금 추징을 당하고, 마침내 세금 낼 돈이
  부족하여 결손처리까지 하며 무에서 다시 출발하는 고난을 겪다.
  7 million won worth of tax levied for insufficient book-keeping in an abrupt tax investigation.
  It dealt a serious blow to the business, insomuch that Jinheung had to start anew from
  scratch.

  종로구 종로 3가 147번지의 2층 7평을 얻어 이전하다. 비로소 사무실 앞에 진흥문화사 간판을
  걸고, 박경진 사장의 가족과 신학교 동문 10여 명이 모여 총회신학교 마경일 학장의 인도로
  이전개업예배를 드리다.
  Office moved to a 250 square feetoffice room at 2nd Fl.,147, Jongro 3 ga, Jongro-gu, Seoul,
  with its first door plate set out in front of the new office.
  The thanks-giving service for the new office held with Rev. Ma, Kyung Il, the then Dean of
  ChongHoe Seminary, President Park's alma mater.
  The service was attended by his 10 alumni and family members.
